Job description / Role
Client who are a well renowned group company with their HQ based in Dubai are seeking a HR Manager to provide an efficient and responsive HR function, supporting colleagues in all matters that relate to HR for the company.
This role will manage three staff, we are therefore looking for a strong leader and an individual that follows best practice HR and UAE labour law. Duties will cover the following; staffing, on-boarding, inductions, training, performance management and appraisals, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, revision and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee relocation, compliance, health & safety, grievances, management reporting, off-boarding, vendor management and staff management.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience managing a HR function in the UAE well versed to UAE labour law, experience working within a global or multinational organisation, good all round generalist HR experience, CIPD qualification preferred, a Bachelors degree within HR related field is essential. Due to the operations of the company the person must be fluent in English and French, it would be an advantage to speak Arabic but not essential.
