HR Manager - RAK - Factory
A leading FMCG organization is seeking a HR Manager for their factory operations based in Ras Al Khamiah covering over 350 staff.
- Manage the day to day employee relations for factory works and corporate staff based onsite
- Lead recruitment initiatives including sourcing, interviewing and offer management
- Manage performance management and training
- Monitor payroll, annual leave and sickness
- HR reporting including turnover, recruitment pipelines and budgeting
Requirements
Candidates MUST have experience in a FMCG factory setting and a large employee work force.
Indian National is preferred.
Must have at least 7 years HR experience, degree/MBA educated.
Must be confident dealing with senior stakeholders and taking responsibility for decisions.
The role is based in RAK therefore candidates must live there or be happy to commute there.
