HR Manager - Female - Arabic Speaking

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 AED
* Only Female Arabic speaking should apply

One of our leading and prestigious clients is in the Optical Industry in the UAE. They have been recognized time and again as the UAE’s most trusted brand of opticians with its never ending pursuit for excellence. They offer a comprehensive range of eyewear and optical services and they presently operate over 40 shops and are still planning to expand.

Due to their ever increasing need to serve their customers to the best, they are looking to hire a Female HR Manager (Arabic speaking).

Job Responsibilities:
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Organizational and space planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Employee relations
- Leave management, medical etc.

Requirements

- 3 – 4 years in HR in UAE
- Should have worked at a managerial level
- Experience preferable from optical industry or fashion, retail
- Female Arabic speaking candidate only

The office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Saturday - Wednesday) and Thursday from (9 AM to 2 PM).
