HR Manager up to 25k Aed for an Fmcg Manufacturing Company in Dubai
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Design job descriptions and interview questions
• Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end
• Performance management and training strategy
• Reorganization and promotion policy
Requirements
• POSITION: HR Manager
• SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: FMCG Manufacturing Company
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/ Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality, preferably European
• Female, 35 years old and above
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or any related course
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource management in FMCG industry
• Strong background in recruitment and selection with extensive experience in talent acquisition
• Knowledgeable in handling the HR Department from A-Z and HR Management Software
• Experienced in conducting training and making training manuals
• Strategic level of analysis and strong in implementation of strategies
• Must have UAE experience and market knowledge in Africa
• Excellent communication skills and must be willing to travel overseas occasionally
