Job description / Role
A well known luxury retailer is seeking a HR Manager for their operations in Dubai.
- Provide a complete HR service to each area of the Company FZ & JV (retail, wholesale and business services) guaranteeing Corporate standards
- Support as a business partner for professionals and managers in the recruitment, development and retention of employees, as well as individual personnel actions
- Optimization of strategic and operational HR processes, development and implementation of operational guidelines following Corporate policies
- Development and implementation of staff development processes such as talent management and succession planning
- Advising care areas in structural issues as well as guidance and support in change and organizational development processes
- Support and consultation of employees and managers in all human, individual, and collective issues
- Guarantee the proper administrative and legal set-up (payroll, visa, contracts, job rotation, hiring and dismissal legal procedures, ...)
- Manage all the trainings and development activities (i.e.: online trainings, local workshops, corporate projects ...)
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational and structural objectives.
- Guarantee the deployment of the HR information coming from the Corporate Head Office,
Requirements
- Candidates MUST have previous experience within luxury retail and have experience in the UAE
- Graduate with preference given to degrees with Human Resources
- At least 5 years HR experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Multi-cultural mindset
