Job description / Role
- Lead a team.
- Overall HR responsibility on an operational and semi-governance level for multiple divisions.
- Succeed the current HRD over a 24 month period.
- Be involved on a day to day basis with the board and senior management.
- Be an advisor for major decision making pushing best practice.
Requirements
- 10-15 Years experience, not 20, 25 or 35 Years
- UAE experience essential
- International UK or US experience essential
- Major International Investment Bank or Major International Legal Firm background essential.
- CIPD or CHRM qualification preferred
- Bachelors degree in a Business or commercial discipline essential.
- Masters degree in a Business or commercial discipline preferred.
