Job description / Role
Office Chic are working in Partnership with The Dollhouse Beauty Group to recruit several new positions, currently we are seeking a HR Manager.
Allow us to introduce ourselves (cue the drumroll)…we’re The Dollhouse Beauty Group, a rapidly expanding company within the beauty srevice industry looking for amazing superstars to join our team. We are on the hunt for an individual who can manage our HR department who can deliver outcomes that effectively meet quantitative and qualitative objectives.
You will be responsible for the sourcing, selecting and induction of Dollhouse personnel, ensuring they have the competencies and experience required. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating training with Operational Divisions and monitoring the Performance Management process and providing support to The Dollhouse business.
