Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a government entity is looking for a HR Manager to join their operations in Dubai. We are keen to speak to strong UAE national HR Managers.

- To manage, maintain and drive HR activities for all the divisions, including policies, procedures, recruitment, performance management, reward, L&D and retention.
- Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties
- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
- Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

- UAE National
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration or similar specialisation.
- Excellent knowledge of Compensation & Benefits methodology - job evaluation, job description, and Hay methodology.
- Professional Certification in HR preferred, CIPD an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Dubai labour laws and formalities/ HR Policy and procedures/ Dubai HR Government Law.
- Minimum Experience

A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience in HR Management, with a minimum of 2 years of C&B or organisation development role.
