Job description / Role
HR Manager Up To 12k Aed for an Fnb Retail Group in Abu Dhabi
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Manage activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management and maintain benefits program
Requirements
• POSITION: HR Manager
• SALARY: 12,000 AED full package depending on qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: F&B Retail
• LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male or Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resource Management or any related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the F&B/hospitality industry, UAE experience is a must
• Proven working experience as an HR manager
• People oriented and results driven
• Advanced experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to strategize along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
