Employment: Full Time

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- HR policy administration
- On boarding of new staff
- Disciplinary action and Performance management

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Coordinate HR practices and policies regarding employees such processing applications, verifying employment, separation, contracts, and compensation schedule in compliance with company policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Coordinate and facilitate joining formalities for new staff as well as induction and orientation
- Follow-up on progress of new recruits in their jobs through the induction and probation period
- Interpreting and advising management on UAE labour law
- Coordinate and administer the requirements for the process of performance management and disciplinary action
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
- Communicating with departments, employees, administrators, and staff and provide information and assistance regarding new joiners, transfers, employment, personnel records.
- Prepare all official correspondence relating to probation confirmations, salary certificates, disciplinary issues and the miscellaneous letters as per approved employee request in a timely manner.
- Supporting and promoting new and current employee benefit programs eg. health, medical, compensation.
- Ensuring the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes.
- Providing recommendations to the Senior HR specialist and HR manager regarding training programs, trouble areas, and opportunities.
- Ensure applicable system updates, reports generation and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 5 years’ experience as a HR Officer

Job Specific Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures,Knowledge of UAE legislation

Generic Skills:
- Excellent spoken English and Arabic language (preferred).
