Job description / Role
Adecco is working in partnership with a leading investment client headquartered in Abu Dhabi who are searching for an entry level HR Officer.
The successful applicant will be required to perform specialist HR functions including: recruitment, training & development, general HR functions and talent management.
As HR Officer you will be responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labour relations. You will be the sole point of contact in market acting as a liaison between managers and staff.
You will:
* Ensure grievance and disciplinary procedures are followed in line with labour law and company policy.
* Provide advice to managers regarding personnel practice, policy and employment law.
* Provide HR support/advise in the monthly induction program.
* Deliver training to management level staff on disciplinary procedures and policies.
Requirements
* 1-2 years' experience in an employee relations specialist role within a large scale organisation
* Arabic and English fluency is required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work independently.
* Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
