Whether you are working in our headquarters located in the iconic Aldar HQ building in Abu Dhabi, or one of our international offices you will be joining a firm that is constantly looking to push boundaries. We live and breathe the ethos that "impossible is just the beginning".

In the last twelve months we have seen our ranks swell from 100 to over 500 working out of five offices across three continents . We have launched a full suite of cyber products and services including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Cyber Network Defence, Managed Security Services, Infrastructure & Systems Integration), as well as Secure Communications.

We are building an organisation of specialists to provide the ultimate integrated cyber security protection available. Whatever the scope, scale or sensitivity of our clients' work, we'll assess their risks, resolve their vulnerabilities and always keep them ahead of the threat, offering them the best possible products and solutions.

About the Job

This is an exciting time to be part of the DM HR team as we are in the process of setting up way of working, framework, policies and processes that comply with international standards for the long as well as short term. It involves being responsible for overall design, implementation , communication, and administration of the employee life-cycle. In addition we need to focus on organization's compensation programs that ensures that the company attracts and retains the best in various markets. We require someone who has at least 10 years of experience in an IT company, experience in a startup is a big plus.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all HR Operations across the company including the administration, and where necessary implementation of HRIS so that it is an accurate and automated system of record, allowing our HR team to focus on value add initiatives.
- Assume responsibility of all employee relations throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Build solid relationships across the company to help enhance not only the brand of the People team but to also reinforce the company's values and culture.
- Enhance, develop and implement critical HR related processes, policies and procedures that foster efficiency, scalability and overall good corporate hygiene.
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement and thus onboarding.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and well-rounded People Operations for DarkMatter.
- Manage, motivate and develop the People Operations team
- Manage several external partners and vendors providing employee related services and products.

Requirements

- Thorough knowledge of U.A.E labor Laws
- 10+ years prior Human Resources / People Operations experience, including 7+ years management experience, ideally at a fast-growing technology company.
- Bachelor's degree required, SHRM, SPHR, or GPHR certification strongly preferred
- Prior experience implementing and managing HRIS systems.
- Prior experience developing and leading team.
- Stakeholder management and understanding of business acumen.
- Proven track record of employee relationship management and developing and implementing well rounded people practices and programs
- Knowledge of best practices and laws surrounding immigration, benefits, and compensation nationwide and internationally
- Superior communication and relationship building skills - responsive, approachable, and able to collaborate effectively with a diverse group across all levels in the company
- Ability to handle all HR related matters with the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and empathy
- High energy, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Our Process

After this you will have a functional interview with someone from the team you would be working in to take a deeper dive into your skills.

Assuming you come this far, we will then wheel out the big guns and you will have a final round of interviews with the Executive team before we make a decision.
