Job description / Role
NTS Group are currently working with a reputable, well established client, who are market leaders within their field. They are currently seeking a HR Operations Manager, to head up the HR team and manage all of the day to day responsibilities.
Typically, this will range from employee relations, organizational development, developing job descriptions/job evaluations and creating policies and procedures. You will manage a team of approximately 10 individuals and will also be involved in their coaching and day to day training.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will devise and run HR reports, present to the senior management team and advise on HR strategy.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have experience working in the region and be very familiar with UAE labour laws. You will be an experienced people manager and adopt a lively and outgoing personality.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 years HR generalist experience and are able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
This role is offering a salary of between AED 20,000 - 25,000 (+ Benefits).
