HR Operations Manager

Charterhouse is currently working with a highly prestigious Law Firm with offices across the globe. Our client is looking to hire a HR Operations Manager to join their Abu Dhabi office.

This is a varied role that will take on the responsibility for the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Abu Dhabi office as well as taking a lead on support functions that include personnel-related and operational finance matters.

The perfect individual will be an all-rounder with experience across all areas of HR, employee relations, performance management and finance. This role will see you be the main point of contact for professional and legal staff and therefore it is key to be approachable and personable. In addition, you will also partner with other team members in support of vendor relationship management, assist where necessary with the accounts team and set budgets.

This is an excellent opportunity and the ideal person for this role will have previous experience within Legal or Corporate professional services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with at least 2 years’ experience in the Middle East. Previous experience in HR, Operations preferably within Professional Services, Legal or a similar sector. Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to approach data with a critical mind set.

You must be able to handle diverse situations with confidence and multi task under demanding deadlines. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a bonus, but not essential.
