HR Personnel

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Personnel to join our team in the Logistics/Ecommerce industry in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, and provide support for performance management processes
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data security
- Conduct regular training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues and provide strategic HR support

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an HR Personnel or similar role in the logistics or ecommerce industry
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations in the UAE, with a focus on Ras Al Khaimah
- Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Design and run employee training and development.
- Able to conduct employee's KPI's
- Well experience in creating, implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications
- Fast in typing with accuracy at least 35/WPM.
