Our client, an IT and Technology company is currently recruiting for an HR Project Manager

Summary We are looking for an interim HR professional who will report into the HR VP. Your role will be responsible for managing several HR-related concurrent projects and initiatives. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Liaising and coordinating globally, you will be confident and an excellent communicator. We are looking for someone who is well-versed with HR and HR projects, can hit the ground running and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team

The HR Project Manager is primarily responsible for project ownership of critical, company-wide projects and initiatives. These may include Companywide Employee Pulse Surveys, Creating HR Dashboards, Coordinating Global Manager Development initiatives.

Acquiring matrixed resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Projects will be HR owned and have global-wide reach. This includes taking the project from original concept through final execution; defining project plans, resource needs, status reports and ensuring the project delivers on time and within budget.

This role will require coordination efforts, business savvy and a highly organized approach to driving projects.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members globally.

Requirements

- 5 – 10 years’ HR Experience / HR Projects
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within HR projects
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solving capabilities
- Proven ability to work with people on a global basis
- Attention to detail and quality
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Effective communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management
- Ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently with minimal direction.
- Demonstrates a drive for results and a constant awareness of deadlines.
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset, mainly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral.
