Job description / Role
NTS Group have an exciting new role for an HR Project Manager with our client, a leading Group of companies in Dubai.
This is a permanent role, based in the heart of Dubai and is looking for someone who can start on short notice. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will work alongside the existing HR Manager who manages the day to day HR requirements including ER case management, Organisational Development and Recruitment.
The purpose of this position will be to work on key projects, fundamental to the success of the HR strategy. These include a complete review of the Induction process, identifying what is currently in place and revamping as appropriate, utilising the expertise of key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will also be involved in a high profile SAP implementation project, as well as working with the compensation and Benefits team. You will work on a review of the recruitment processes and recommend changes as appropriate.
Requirements
Preferably with a background specifically in HR projects, the successful candidate will have proven Management Development experience and work well under pressure, delivering projects within timescales.
With the ability to work autonomously but within a wider team, you should have excellent relationship building skills with internal stakeholders and strong communication and organisational skills.
This role is offering a salary of between 20,000 and 25,000 (plus benefits) and is an excellent opportunity to be part of the growth and strategy of one of the regions leading and most respected companies.
