Job description / Role
Aurora Aviation, a highly regarded international aviation support company wishes to recruit an experienced HR/Recruiter. In addition to fluency in English, the candidate shall be able to speak Russian, and/or French, and /or German.
Main scope:
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Other HR tasks:
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Requirements
- Educated to a degree level in a relevant subject
- At least 4 years experience of working in a generalist HR environment, to include administration of recruitment and training at all levels;
- Experience of supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training
- In addition to fluency in English, the candidate shall be able to speak Russian and/or French and /or German
