NTS Group are currently working alongside a leading consumer goods company to recruit an HR Specialist for their offices in Dubai. This position reports into the Head of HR and is an HR Generalist role which provides support across the following areas;
- Supporting HR Manager where appropriate
- Supporting the total recruitment function at a senior level including collating CVs, arranging interviews, management of candidate progress, liaising with suppliers contracted to resource candidates, requests for references, updating the internet/intranet with vacancy details etc.
- Drafting & Implementing HR Policies & Procedures
- Assisting in Implementing Training & Development Programs
- Assisting in HR strategy and organizational structure development
Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree
- Min 5 years of HR Generalist experience across recruitment, HR policies and procedures, training & development and HR strategy
- Experience within the GCC
- Self starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
