Job description / Role
The HR Specialist will be responsible for developing job descriptions for the group as per JCI standards, health regulatory authority scope of practice and Al Noor Hospital’s policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualification in HR management, learning and development or similar
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources Management
- Knowledge of Job Descriptions compilation
- Knowledge of performance review methods and techniques
- An understanding of roles and responsibilities within healthcare
Requirements
- Meet with relevant role players to understand the scope of roles
- Develop job descriptions in line with company standards
- Ensure job descriptions reflect both task as well as behavioral competencies
- Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions
- Ensure that the job description contributes to the mission, goals and objectives of the organization to help the incumbent understand his/her duties and responsibilities
- Ensure that the work carried out by the staff is aligned with Al Noor’s mission
- Ensure standardization across Al Noor Hospitals Group
