Job description / Role
A successful candidate will manage HR functions in Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. Responsible for essentially reviewing a likely devising and implementing an entire new set of HR policies and procedures.
This 'greenfield site' is looking to move away from the stereotypical 'administrative' HR support function, and bring one that can match the every going demands of a construction business.
Requirements
Experience of the Construction sector in the GCC is going to be necessary for this role.
An exciting prospect with a growing, multi cultural workforce, this a unique challenge where by your initiatives and ideas will be directly presented to the CEO on a weekly basis.
Regular travel to Doha and Bahrain.
