Job description / Role
My client is a multinational company with offices globally. Their Dubai office now has a requirement for an experienced HRBP. The role is a replacement role for someone who has been with the team for many years.
- Ideally you will be a problem solver and someone who does things to the highest standards.
- You will play a key role in helping the HR Director define the HR strategy, policies, handbook etc.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
- 12+ years in HR
- At least 5 years Business Partnering
- Hands on
- Strong character
- Strong work ethic
- Passion for HR
- Ideally coming from a sales or marketing organisation
- HR Degree or HR qualification
