HRBP - Arabic Speaking

Job description / Role

Our client in the professional services space are looking for an Arabic speaking HR professional.
- Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner based in Dubai, you will provide generalist HR advice to the Amman and Riyadh offices.
- You will also be responsible for firmwide project work and other HR activity or Senior Office Partner relationship where appropriate.
- Acting as a thought partner to fee earners and partners.
- Delivering performance management, budgeting, workforce planning, project and change management.
- Exploring and challenging team structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Championing the learning agenda within teams, and ensuring participation in the relevant programmes for individuals depending on their performance and potential.
- Supporting the line manager to carry out the development activities identified in the plans in terms of both formal training and work place activities up to Senior Associate level;
- Delivering presentations and training sessions to employees and line managers on all relevant aspects of the HR strategy and annual cycle, i.e. performance management, Development and new joiner induction etc.;

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR ideally from professional services, but primarily experienced in working in a large and complex international organization.
- An Undergraduate degree in either Human Resources or English.
- Arabic and English a must
- Good understanding and practical experience of complex ER and L&D delivery. In addition, we are looking for someone with an understanding and experience in an international company with a well-developed commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to the wider business and HR agenda.
