HSE and SP Manager

Job description / Role

Salary: US $200,000-225,000

The role:
- Develop, document and implement the HSE Management System, [HSE-MS] incorporating the Groups minimum requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE Legislation.
- Support and challenge the Projects Leadership Team with expert advice on HSE issues required to make sound risk-based business decisions, both short and long term complying with the Groups standards.
- Ensure the control of personal and process hazards with adequate check and balance systems is in place
- Champion Emergency Response for the site and ensure adequate ER training is provided
- Ensure the full compliance all HSSE Documents.

Requirements

- A minimum of a bachelor`s degree in a relevant technical field and may have an advanced degree
- 10-15 years of experience in applying the discipline skill(s) to oil gas projects.
- Familiar with most of discipline`s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks while effectively managing the interfaces.
- Demonstrate breadth in applying skills to different project phases and working knowledge / experience in other related disciplines.
