HSEQ Lead - Facilities Management (Dubai)

Our Client is part of a large international group of companies. They have a Middle East FM operation and currently require a QHSE Lead to join their Dubai based team.

The successful candidate will provide specialist QHSE consultancy and manage the maintenance of the company management systems, policies and procedures to support all aspects of their business operations.

Duties will include:
* Developing and maintaining a QHSE management system
* Advising on and producing policies and procedures for the business operations.
* Overseeing the control and update of all documents available on the on-line QMS.
* Overseeing the internal quality audit programme.
* Managing and delivering where appropriate training on QHSE including all induction training for new staff.
* Implementing a programme of hazard analysis and risk assessments across the property portfolio.
* Managing the reporting of all HSE incidents.
* Providing Quality and HSE input to management reports and advising the Senior Management team on progress to QHSE targets.

Requirements

* NEBOSH - IGC OR Diploma
* Strong Communicator
* Presentable
* Degree/Diploma in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC
