My client a leading Architectural, Engineering & Project Management consultancy in Dubai, are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to join their dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and quality across all projects.

As the HSEQ Manager, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing a secure and sustainable work environment while upholding the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• HSEQ Strategy: The HSEQ Manager will be responsible for devising and executing a comprehensive HSEQ strategy aligned with [Company Name]'s corporate objectives and industry best practices.
• Compliance: The incumbent will ensure full compliance with all pertinent health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations, codes, and standards in the UAE and globally.
• Risk Assessment: Conducting thorough risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and establishing effective risk mitigation and management measures will be a crucial aspect of the role.
• Training and Awareness: The HSEQ Manager will develop and deliver HSEQ training programs to employees, cultivating a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.
• Incident Management: They will set up procedures for reporting, investigating, and resolving incidents, accidents, and non-conformities. They will be responsible for implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
• Environmental Management: The HSEQ Manager will oversee the implementation and management of environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and resource conservation.
• Quality Assurance: The role encompasses the development and maintenance of a robust quality assurance program, ensuring that architectural and engineering designs meet or surpass client expectations.
• Auditing: The HSEQ Manager will conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance and the effectiveness of HSEQ systems and processes. They will ensure that findings are documented, and corrective actions are taken.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and preparing HSEQ reports for management, clients, and relevant authorities will be a vital component of the role.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization will be part of their responsibilities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., HSE, Engineering, Architecture).
• Possession of professional certifications in HSEQ (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001) is highly desirable.
• A minimum of [X] years of experience in HSEQ management within the architectural and engineering industry is required.
• They must possess an in-depth understanding of UAE HSEQ regulations and standards.
