Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, we are currently searching for a HRBP who will focus on an organizational transformation with a particular attention to policy definition and implementation.
The selected candidate will have; excellent knowledge and experience of UAE Labour laws, excellent employee relations experience and employee handbook writing. The HRBP is the internal authority on issues such on employment contacts, local legislation and employee relations and should act as a guide to line managers.
Incumbent will do the HR process review, Implement new processes, Upgrade HR policies and develop an Employee Handbook, Training on Policy and development of job description for internal roles.
Requirements
- Should have at least 4 years of experience in HR Policies and procedures exposure
- Should have wide knowledge in UAE Labour Law
- Should conduct policy implementations
- Excellent communication skills
