Employment: Full Time

Our client is a Semi Government Company, and we are looking to hire a HR Business Partner (UAE National Candidate ONLY)

The Human Capital Business Partner's primary role will encompass various human resources functions to provide comprehensive support to the Human Capital department. This will include involvement in organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, talent and succession management, compensation, rewards and benefits, performance management, and learning & development initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders and leaders to deliver HR services aligned with business needs and priorities while ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Support the Head of Human Capital in executing annual talent management processes, including performance evaluation, development, and succession planning.
- Provide coaching to employees and managers on organizational practices, processes, policies, procedures, competencies, and values.
- Develop and implement performance management programs, including performance appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist HR Operations in handling employee relations issues such as disciplinary matters, performance concerns, and grievances when necessary.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals, evaluate training programs, and take part in their implementation.
- Create and refine employee relations policies, taking accountability for their delivery and clear articulation within the local practice.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and departmental managers to identify staffing requirements and facilitate successful recruitment processes.
- Monitor and analyse employee satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any concerns

Requirements

Qualifications
- Masters / bachelor's degree in human resources
- 6 years of experience in HR or related field
- CIPD Qualified preferred.
- UAE National Candidate
