Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, an established company with offices in Dubai Media City, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner.
In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of Human Resources, and be involved in all aspects of HR. Our client needs a high-level and switched-on professional, with a good understanding of HR and a drive to work independently.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Managing full on-boarding of new employees
- Recruitment: drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening, arranging interviews, conducting interviews
- Responsible for all HR administrative tasks
- Maintaining records and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an HR role within an international company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Experienced with UAE HR laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Working within an international and dedicated team, you should have excellent communication skills in English (mother-tongue or fluent).
