Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate all recruitment activities and induction process for new starters.
- Be accessible and respond to staff/manager enquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

High School Diploma/ University Degree in Human Resources with at least 1 year experience. Able to work under pressure and good communication skills.

We are looking for candidate that are both English and Arabic Speakers.
