Human Resources Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading chemicals company in the region is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join their Dubai team.

The role includes a number of responsibilities including,
- Manage the day to day running of the HR Department
- A particular focus on recruitment and employee development
- Create cost efficiencies to ensure complete alignment with the organisational objectives
- Manage the manpower planning for the business
- Manage the workforce forecasting annually in order to identify the future staffing needs of the business
- Manage the company payroll process
- Manage and develop effective tools for employee engagement such as satisfaction surveys

Requirements

ARABIC SPEAKING CANDIDATES ONLY APPLY

- A minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Relevant HR qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Excellent command of English is essential)
- Strong leadership skills
- Results driven individual who is focused on achieving results as directed by the management
- Be a team player who is dependable and trust worthy
- Excellent decision making skills and the ability to work well under pressure
