Human Resources Manager – Middle East

Our client, a global leader in the education industry, seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to look after our people function in our Middle East region. You will be experienced in delivering practical HR outcomes in fast paced and demanding environments. This is a stand-alone HR role, providing support for the Middle East region

Key responsibilities are:
- Providing operational human resources support to senior managers across the Middle East region
- Leading the development and implementation of appropriate HR policies and practices across the region
- Talent acquisition
- Compensation and Benefits Management
- Working with country and regional managers to continually develop capability and high performing, engaged teams and individuals who are focused on delivering exceptional outcomes.

The remuneration for this role is a total guaranteed package of up to 420,000 AED per annum inclusive of base salary and all allowances. Please include a covering letter addressing the key criteria with your application.

Requirements

- Experience in a service industry in a Multinational Company in your career
- The ability to communicate effectively across the region (Arabic fluency is preferred)
- Ability to gain appropriate visas to travel to key locations such as Saudi Arabia in our Middle East region
