Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Oil & Gas Industry – Based in Dubai

- 5+ years HR Management experience.
- 5+ years planning and management experience.
- BA Hons or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
- Excellent understanding of the UAE Labour Law desirable.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience working in a multicultural work force.
- Experience in worldwide recruitment.
- English as a first language.
- Arabic desirable but not compulsory.

Requirements

- Proficiency in the use of computers including Microsoft suite, simple accounting, database management, e-mails, internet.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, discretely, organized, excellent communication skills – verbally and written, professionalism, customer focus, works well under pressure.

Some travel to Iraq will be involved.
