Summary

Responsibilities:

- Be the Brand ambassador for our culture, demonstrating an eagerness to embrace Hyatt's Purpose of CARE and bring them to life through our Shared Values to colleagues.
- Assist with the drafting of job descriptions for new roles and updating for the existing roles once approved by the team.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews and follow the start to finish process of the new colleagues onboarding.
- Arrange as well as participate in employee engagement and events.
- Contribute to implement our values in our daily tasks and procedures.
- Support the Human resources department in organizing employee workshops and trainings.
- Updating accurate training records for all learning initiatives conducted at the hotel.
- Assist in tracking records and data.
- Maintain accurate records of all documentation pertaining to the HR department to ensure 100% compliance to local laws, company regulations and any other statutory requirements.
- Support the team in administration of the colleague benefits program (EVP, Total Rewards).

Requirements

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Preference to multilingual candidates

About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962. In 1968, Hyatt International was formed and subsequently became a separate public company. Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation were taken private by the Pritzker family business interests in 1979 and 1982, respectively. On December 31, 2004, substantially all of the hospitality assets owned by Pritzker family business interests, including Hyatt Corporation and Hyatt International Corporation, were consolidated under a single entity, now Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
