Position Title: HVAC and MEP Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives, petrol allowance, and car
Job Location: Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE

Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring HVAC and Electro-mechanical systems on all sites are maintained in good running condition, oversee foreman’s inspection and schedule random inspections proactively
- Responsible on all technicality and aspects of HVAC and Electro-mechanical works (Chillers, pumps, MCC panels, capacitor banks, riser piping, etc and all manner of civil maintenance works
- Lead evaluating sites, responding to tender documents, generating BOQ and providing design drawings to support the same according to UAE market standards and prepare all potential customer quotation requests in a technically sound manner
- Responsible for Sales that will be generated for the organization by securing new projects from new and existing clients
- Provide technical guidance to foreman and technicians as necessary
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male, 50 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same role in the UAE
- Experienced in evaluating sites, responding to tender documents, generating BOQ and providing design drawings to support the same according to UAE market standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Offices, and in interpreting plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with the trade
- Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license
