Hydrotest Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Shall lead and supervise piping operations at project sites and will direct, monitor and administer operations of assigned Chargehand, fabricators / fitters and ensure quality of workmanship.
• Shall optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works and ensures work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.
• Must having knowledge to quantify materials requirement from Isometric BOQ, Raise Material Request for Hydro Testing and follow-up with store Dept. for the delivery.
• Able to read test packs

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Graduate/12th Class with ITI Certification
• Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years in Oil & Gas as Hydrotest Supervisor
• Well experience with all type of Testing, Flushing, Pigging
• Must have experience in Contractor side
• Well aware about drawings(P & ID, Iso’s)
• Well aware about Safety Plan, Task Risk Assessment, Permit to Work
• Fluent in English
