Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As an IAM Administrator, you will be responsible to provide technical expertise for the operations and enhancement of existing Enterprise Identity Access and Management systems such as IDM, IAM, SSO and other related technologies. You will also establish and maintain standards, documentations (technical specifications and design documents) for architecture and processes/ procedures of the IDM/IAM/SSO systems.

Description

* Provide technical support and solutions related to implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Directory Services and Azure AD.
* Engage with customers and partners building, deploying, operating and optimising Azure AD Hybrid and Azure AD in the cloud such as B2B and B2C.
* Work on the deployment of Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, including Azure AD hybrid cloud deployments.
* Establish strong engineering best practices on vulnerability mitigation and server patching in various non-production environments within the IDM/IAM/SSO space.
* Responsible for monitoring, management, tuning, patching and issue resolution various internal enterprise Identity and access management systems that ensure the successful execution of business operations.
* Oversee the technical development of interfaces and single sign-on integrations between the IAM/IDM/SSO and target systems.
* Manage the test server and coordinate with the development and UAT teams to move code from development to UAT as needed for testing purposes.
* Continuous monitoring of IDM/IAM/SSO and its related technologies to maintain its availability and to identify/report/mitigate security breaches.

Requirements

* B.S. in Information Technology - Specialisation in Security and Network Technologies.
* Certifications in IAM/IDM/SSO and its related technologies.
* Minimum 5 years IT experience with 2+ years of experience with Identity and access management technologies.
* Must possess knowledge and have the ability to manage various user repositories, directories, authentication, and provisioning services, including Active Directory, MFA, MIM, LDAP, Duo, SAML, SSO, auto-provisioning, or related complex infrastructures.
* Experience with hands-on development of IDM/IAM/SSO solutions, vision/strategy designs, architectures and implementation.
* Experience with key Identity governance concepts (Identity Lifecycle, Roles, SOD, workflow development, birthright access, privilege access, Federation and SSO).
