Your Role and Responsibilities

- As an IBM iX GTM Lead - He / She is expected to interact at the CxO level across multiple businesses at a rapidly growing pace and Build relationship with identified client accounts.
- He/she will develop the market along with a team of experts across industries aided with IBM iX offerings across the spectrum of customer engagement in Sales, Marketing, Service and Product Innovation
- The lead is responsible for the overall efforts - He/she should have an in-depth understanding of the client's business, goals, strategies and industry trends and be able to build IBM iX value propositions to address realization of those business outcomes and thus driving sales and business development for IBM iX

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Consulting and Account Growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, win and successfully deliver consulting services engagements.
- Extensive exposure in understanding design, sales, marketing, service, digital products and customer engagement technology platforms
- Ability to craft differentiating value propositions, win themes and use those to drive robust profitable solutions and sales target realization
- Proven deep client relationships and business understanding in order to engage meaningfully with clients and build deep trusted relationships
- Expertise to work across different service lines to add value to client conversations leveraging broad spectrum of IBM Consulting offerings
- Proven ability to create value ad enhance value with use of technology
- Proven ability to deliver to sales and delivery targets

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

- Proven ability in business development to work across the spectrum of customer engagement offerings that lead to opportunity pipeline creation and sales
- Collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative human centered thinking and innovative ways to enable customer experience and employee experience with cutting edge technologies
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative new age approach to work
- Strong interpersonnel skills, ability to multi task and manage challenges with tenacity, and resilience while working in a multi cultural environment
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and drive outcomes for business
