We are currently recruiting for our prestigious client, a leading provider of various services to Govt entities.

Job Title: Trainer ICT & Cyber
Job location: Abu Dhabi

Job profile: Designing and delivering training programs in Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Cyber Security awareness, with a focus on Train the Trainers (TTT) in ICT.

Responsibilities include:
• Manages Train the Trainer training workshops.
• Designs and maintains course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, training records, presentations, and exercises.
• Delivers IT & Cyber Security awareness training courses.
• Carries out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner skill levels.
• Supports and provides coaching to learners using learning technologies.
• Participates in training campaigns for clients in different locations as needed.
• Manages current testing engine such as building new bank question, assigns exams to clients.
• Follows up exams reports & sends them to the project manager & clients as needed.
• Creates & shares evaluation surveys with clients and provides reports to management about current results.
• Conducts or assists other trainers in conducting instructor training workshops.
• Possesses considerable knowledge of various training platforms (individual, classroom instruction, on-line training, etc.)
• Lead or facilitate training workshops in Online safety, safeguarding or information security.
• Develop training content for Online safety, safeguarding or cyber security.
• Interview school’s leadership members, faculty and students and evaluate their responses.
• Convert professional dialogue into a quantitative result.
• Understand and keep track of new technologies both in education and globally.
• Review online safety policies.
• Review and evaluate school’s initiatives and programs.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports.
• Provides in-depth consultation in the areas of needs assessment, curriculum design for complex training goals, and program evaluation and provides management with an objective assessment to facilitate the organization analysis and development function of the overall staff development program.
• Manages and facilitates group discussions.
• Communicates with training providers and assists in getting quotation for utilizing trainers, training rooms, marketing material or other relevant stuff related to setting up training programs.
• Identifies resources and manages the utilization of the most cost effective and efficient application of resources.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Instructor in the field of ICT and Cyber Security Awareness, with a strong understanding of cyber threats, security frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs, including curriculum design, training material creation, and evaluation methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, secure coding practices, network security, and data protection.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are highly desirable.

Good to have:
• A passion for staying updated with the latest developments and emerging trends in ICT and Cyber Security
• Familiarity with instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.
