Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The primary focus of the role will be to assist the HC team in providing day to day HC administrative support and advice. You will use your excellent attention to detail in order to create employee files, manage the day to day HR Inbox, hiring of new joiners, creating LPOs, handing out medical insurance cards / cheques, handing out monthly Temp and Intern salary cheques/ processing of Living Allowance loan forms / follow up on employee request and continuously updating the HR system and be the first point of contact for all calls routed through the HR Helpline.

Requirements

- UAE National
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR – Personnel.
- Excellent user of Microsoft office package.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Good personality and Interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism with ability to interact with various levels of staff and management.
- Effective oral & written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
