Job description / Role
- Analysis of client’s business processes & system requirements
- Customizing the product using meta-data
- Managing client engagements over the project life-cycle
- Liaise with development staff for any enhancement requests, bespoke development or bug fixing
- Application testing and data reconciliation activities
- Conduct formal product training, support solution demonstrations and presentations
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 5 years of overall working experience in implementing software solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analysis role
- Private Equity and Venture Capital Experience is an advantage
- Project Management/leadership experience is an added advantage
SKILLS
- Deep knowledge in business requirements gathering and documentation processes
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts
- Good Accounting/Finance knowledge
- Good Knowledge in relational databases (MS SQL Server & Oracle) and programming concepts
- General problem solving and solution design
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and lead other resources on the projects
