Job description / Role

Dacha Real Estate industry, following 18 successful years of being market leaders, Dacha Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic In-house Conveyancer to join the team!
As the in-house Conveyancer you will be responsible for:
• Fluent in English
• Ensuring the smooth transfer and successful completion of the property transaction
• Drafting official documents
• Ensure all payments and documents are collected, checked and processed accordingly
• Deal with legal departments i.e. Dubai Land Department and Transfer Office
• Work alongside agents and developers

Requirements
• Self-motivated
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Must have UAE driving license and own car
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Paralegal back ground is preferred
