The Company
Our Client is one of the most promising universities in the Middle East, Africa and South Asian region, with an excellent reputation as the leading portal to world-class higher education. The Company is in the process of propelling the university's development to the next level, they are introducing an all-new discovery-rich curriculum to motivate students to not only learn but discover at the University.

The Role

* Advising and assisting with all legal matters.
* Preparing and negotiating license agreements and consulting agreements
* Advising on all legal matters from time to time, including Employment law and Contract law.
* Level of experience in drafting correspondence, pleadings, contracts, etc.
* Management of other legal matters as required by the University

Requirements

Qualifications:

* Applicable Bachelor's degree, Master's degree will be an advantage.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience practising law.
* Strong written, oral and communication skills.
* Highly organized, ability to follow up and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team of real estate professionals.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising strong organization, initiative and judgment.

Salary

* 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 AED/Month
