Job description / Role
Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an experienced and dynamic Jr. Legal Counsel, on behalf of our well-established and prestigious client in the DIFC. This role will be based in Dubai.
This is an in-house role where you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Legal Counsel with all legal matters, in a challenging and exciting work environment. This role is at Group level.
The role with include but not be limited to:
- Giving support from a legal point of view on various projects for the Group
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all legal contracts and arrangements for the Group
- Assist with the development and maintenance of all legal policies, updating when necessary
- Assisting with legal secretarial work, compliance matters, and intellectual property as well as other organisational needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience (recently qualified candidates may be considered, depending on degrees)
- Strong legal technical skills
- Excellent education from a leading university
- A well-polished, good communicator with a highly professional and diverse outlook
- English as a mother-tongue (additional languages will be beneficial)
- International experience preferred
