Employment: Full Time

A consultancy and solutions provider within the technical field and a new client to Irwin & Dow is seeking an In-House Legal Manager. This is a new position within the organisation and requires those who are Italian speaking to native standard. This is due to a number of clients, internal Senior Managers and a large office based in Italy. At this moment in time those with this language fluency will be considered.

You will provide both regional and overall international support on all legal matters offering advice, drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts, managing aspects of all commercial tender documents and ensuring full compliance with UAE and international legal requirements. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Legal Manager will be fully involved in several high-level client meetings and interactions as the organisations legal expert and provide up to the minute advice and instructions. It is therefore vital that you ensure you are commercially aware in all areas of international corporate law and maintain and seek out current knowledge according to the client and company’s needs.

Requirements

To apply for this position you must hold a law degree and have Italian fluency to a native standard as a minimum requirement. The most suitable candidate will have experience on an international level in corporate law and/ or a similar technical consultancy environment. Those with at least 3-5 years post qualification experience and based within the UAE or wider GCC region are also preferable.
