Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are working with our client to source an In house Recruiter for a Professional Services firm in the heart of the city. The role will manage the firms resourcing function for fee earners, business support and trainee recruitment.

General responsibilities are to manage the full cycle recruitment process for fee earners and senior business support roles and liaising with senior managers and partners to establish business needs for each role. Additionally, ensuring all recruitment related administration is complete including the issuing of contracts, updating the database and spreadsheets, conducting reference checks and collating starter pack materials.

The role assists line managers with the induction process if required and supports the Resourcing Officer on the day to day running of the desk.
There will heavy involvement with new and ongoing projects by assisting with the Emiratization Projects and other projects the team is involved in, playing an active role in devising innovative recruitment techniques and cost cutting initiatives as well as web based advertising with others in the Resourcing team.

The incumbent will conduct agency salary market research on a yearly basis and prepare reports and statistics for the resourcing section of the HR quarterly update and provide general HR support when necessary.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a law degree/LPC and have recruitment experience gained within a professional services or an agency background. He/she must have an advisory outlook and be able to coach partners and managers on interview styles and techniques.

The ability to manage conflicting priorities with minimum supervision is essential, as is high diligence, attention to detail and the ability to work at a rapid pace.
