Job Description:
- Lead the strategy development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for brands
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to create story arcs and marketing strategies while collaborating with the Social Media Team and Creative Department to ensure content outputs meets brand standards
- Confidently lead nano, micro, and macro influencer campaigns
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of Influencer Marketing Executives
- Execute front-line response and increase follower retention, conversion, engagement, and brand loyalty by proactively monitoring and engaging in online communities, which includes but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Native Arabic Speaker & Fluency in English
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably in an agency setting
- Must have a huge database of social media influencers / celebrities within the MENA region
- Proven work experience within social media and influencer marketing
- Understanding of social platforms, content performance and analytics, audiences, paid tactics and digital trends
- Manage and adhere to project timelines and assignments and deliver items to team in a timely manner
- Experience in digital marketing / social media company is a must
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
