Information Technology and Cyber Security Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Information Technology and Cyber Security Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales, and providing expert advice on IT and cyber security solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of the IT and cyber security landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account management and sales within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the IT and cyber security industry.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT and cyber security solutions to meet their requirements.
- Drive sales and meet revenue targets through proactive account management and business development activities.
- Provide expert advice and consultation on the latest IT and cyber security trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT and cyber security solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA would be a plus.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the IT and cyber security industry.
- In-depth understanding of IT and cyber security solutions, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Results-driven, with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
