Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client an IT consulting company that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit an In-House IT Recruiter.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, understanding client requirements, scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates, performing in person, telephone interviews and reference checks with candidates and keeping abreast of federal laws.

Salary:
AED 8000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 3 years experience recruiting for the IT sector.
Be fluent in English and not travelling for the festive period.
Please note that only candidates with IT recruitment experience needs to apply and will be considered.
