Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Agency or Inhouse Recruitment experience is essential
• UAE Experience essential
• Technical IT/Finance Recruitment Background- They need 15-20 roles or more to be filled in the next 6 months (10 roles to be hired ASAP).
• Experience will be creating dashboards and analytics would be desirable, so they can provide factual updates (on daily, weekly, or monthly) by capturing all steps of hiring from vacancy data until onboarding to internal senior stakeholders
• Experience or ability to develop JDs based on discussions with Line Managers
• Will liaise with Internal Line Managers, therefore excellent stakeholder management experience is essential
• Must have good communication skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Flexibility, as will also be required to support TA and HR activities in addition to sourcing and recruitment
• Start Date ASAP 6-month minimum period of commitment required- Must be available immediately

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Nature and length of previous experience: 5 yrs experience in IT or Finance recruitment
• Specialist knowledge: Technical recruitment
